The power of music is universal. Whether it's a compelling by-request show or original indie work... the experience makes a difference for those who witness the powerful energy of Hal Savar's band or solo shows. Pulling from such influences as diverse as the blues, country, rock-n-roll, reggae, funk and even hip hop —the rugged warmth, and catchy lyrics and melodies of his own work add to the musical experience. Hal Savar’s unbridled energy draws you in quickly—with the delivery of his memorable original music as well as the by-request covers he makes his own.
Singer-Songwriter
In the Summer of 2021, Savar took his family including
his 1 year old son and 7 year old daughter on the road and
independently shot a docuseries called “Highway to Hal” about
live music across the country as well as his journey to learn about making it with his music. Inspired by this experience,
Savar’s latest originals celebrate the every day. He has created a Vegas Songwriter's Showcase at a variety of venues that features his work along with other indie artists. In addition, his work has been featured at the Composers Showcase at The Smith Center.
Looking to the Future
Savar’s song writing, arrangements and on stage accessibility sets his music apart from other live shows and indie music experiences. With years of experience performing his original music as well as becoming well known in Las Vegas as a “The Human Jukebox” the demand for Savar’s original music has become more intense and reviews of his latest releases applaud these efforts.
